Have you placed an ad for a housemate and had someone you don't know move in?
Or haveyou been the person who answered on of those ads?
Or just found housemates some other way, that you didnt know before?

Only in undergraduate school. Dorm life was quite interesting, I often say I learned just as much in the dorms about Psych and Sociology as I did in my classes.
Thank goodness those days are over. Only have to deal with family now, although that can have it's difficult moments, it is a piece of cake compared to the dorms.

When I was in college, they were the worst.
I never put out or answered an ad before though.

yes, during college.. it totally sucked, man. but when we had the on-campus apt all to ourselves, it was the best years of my life!
