Okay this is what happened and it just happened now. So i was on yahoo! answers and also listening to youtube thhn when i click on one of my answers a new tab opened and i tried to close the new tab but then all of suddenly dozens and doznes of new tabs opened up and when i tried to close them more and more tabs opened up until finally the browser closed and i reopened it.
What happened and what can i do to stop it from hapening again?

I dont know if this would help--i have the IE7 or the new version of internet explorer.

Windows is a waste. Get Linux. No popups, no viruses, no bull.

This problem has happened to me before as well but it never happened again after the first time. I am not sure why it happens because it only happened once and Im not sure how to keep it from happening but it will probably not happen again.

Just reboot and chalk it up to a Windows glitch.
