Since the effect depends on the magnetic polarity of the pole, I'm going to speculate that it has to do with the direction that charged particles are deflected by the magnetic field. The field would tend to spin negative ions in one direction and positive ions in the other. So at one pole negative ions are moving with the sun's rotation, and positive ions are moving opposite; and at the other pole it's the other way around. I'd guess that it's the interaction between the direction of ion movement in the magnetic field and the direction of solar rotation that causes a heating or cooling effect. It might have to do with how the momentum of the solar wind is affected.

If you know that Harmonic 695 is the pulse of the universe. And if you know or have been privledged enough to see the grid. Then one could assume that all the masses of energy that have been slowed to a vibration that is matter, are sitting on the grid. It could be said that the portion of any object that is in direct contact with the grid is in an exchange of energy, and it could be speculated that this is the reason for a cooling. the magnetic field has uneven coverage due to uneven mass distribution so some areas have different levels of activity on the surface

OK since you aroused my curiosity i visited the link - the reason is the MAGNETIC FIELD ( end of article )

but since the field flips then attribute my mass distribution comment the wild speculation you asked for

Its pretty much statistically impossible for all 3 poles to be the same temperature so one has to be cooler.
