The gas giants, like the sun, are mostly made of hydrogen with a little helium. For example, the sun and Jupiter are both composed of 90% hydrogen and almost 10% helium with less than 1% other elements.

all of them are mostly hydrogen with some helium and then a little bit of everything else. but in the sun about half of tis hydrogen has been converted into helium. our sun is in the middle of its life (approximately)
