very good question. I hate to say it, but I believe illegal activity has a lot to do with it--you know--drug money. I saw it a lot and I saw the drug deals going down in those vehicles and they lived in the same subsidized housing complex I did. I no longer live in subsidized housing for that reason, I did not like the system scammers. Another thought is mommy and daddy bought the car for them, but their own income is within the subsidized limits so they take advantage of that. A lot of those cars are leased also, and when payments are not made, the car is repo-d, so they just go out and get another new leased vehicle. High-risk credit makes it possible--who cares if the interest rate is high--they won't be paying it anyway.

I know what you mean dude and it makes me mad. I remember delivering a package to the welfare place when I worked at UPS and like everyone in there had cell phones. I couldnt even afford to own one at that time. Truly sad!

Because we are the ones paying for their house food and health care...Working poeple do not stand a chance....We even buy their gas so they don't even have to work....
