If you are planning to continue their professional education beyond the BA Degree should also include courses in genetics, botany, one year of physics, mathematics through calculus, and proficiency in an appropriate scientifically active language (e.g., French, German, Russian, Japanese).
Good luck, the world needs more zoologists!!!!

Besides the "general " subjects you will need Algebra, trigonometry, some physics and probably a semester or two of Calculus. You will also need Biology, Animal Anatomy and Physiology, biochemistry and organic chemistry. At least one semester of statistics will probably be required. You may have to take genetics too. I have a BS in Environmental Biology and a lot of the requirements are the same. Those are the main ones I can think of.
If you aren't great in Math, just get a tutor and you can make it.

You will definitely have to take some biology, ecology, chemistry, physics, calculus, and physiology along with vertebrate and invertebrate zoology. Depending on what school you go to you will have to take upper division zoology classes such as ornithology, mammalogy, entomology, embryology, etc.
