trying to figure out which is faster/has better graphics/performance

neither one is worth two stinks in the wind imo ... i think the 700 has 8 pixel pipelines which is more than the 1650pro which has 4 piplines .... the 1650"xt" has 8 pipelines tho ... so given ur two choices i would go with the 700 ... more memory doesnt make a card necessarily better.

The ati x1650pro agp 512mb is better.
I had a X700 and it was slow.
Mind you the x1650 is not that great either.

X1650 Pro.........tis also why the X1650 Pro costs twice as much....
It has more than twice the memory bandwidth of the X700, despite having a few shortcomings in ROP's and Shaders. It's still anywhere from 10-30% faster than the X700....

The x700 is an obsolete P.O.S. you cannot buy it from many places because of that, but the x1650 is a great card you can find it on places like newegg, tigerdirect, pricewatch, and etc besides the x700 has half the power of the x1650.

X700 is a terrible gaming card. The 1300 could be extra effectual yet might require one extra power connection. look into the nvidea 6600 GT. it could be all the way down to that value by potential of now.
