You look them in the eye, smile a knowing smile and say, "No, why do you ask?" People who ask these question often lack manners and the ability to respect social boundaries. Turn your discomfort into their discomfort.
Of course, if he is really cute you could say, "No, but for you I will make an exception."

I would just point out to them that "you're" and "your" are NOT the same word.....then mock them until they cried a little.
