Can you say the word 'prick' on network television?

I was having a conversation about censorship on television with my friend and normally I know the ups and downs of it all but then he asked me if you could say 'prick'. I've never heard it on network television, probably because I just haven't noticed, since if they can say much racier words on network television, they can probably say this as well. However, I didn't want to give a definite answer, so now I'm asking.
