But only from the emmy award winning Batman the Animated series and NOT that REALLY stupid Batman cartoon on Kids WB.
My second choice would probably be Ninja Jubei from Ninja Scroll.

umm..... either timmy turner from the fairly odd parents cause everyday is an adventure, he has fairy god parents, and cause he gets to do cool stuff like go into comic books.....
