Is the grammar correct?

No.

Either:

"I have been outwitted, outlasted, and outsmarted"

or:

"I have outwitted, outlasted, and outsmarted"

depending on whether you outwitted etc. someone else, or if someone else outwitted etc. you.

It is not grammatically correct, even using "I am now" in the 'present tense', since in order for those things to be happening to you NOW they must have already happened.

Also, the subject pronoun is wrong in that case, Others must outwit, outlast and outsmart you, or you can outwit, outlast, or outsmart others. When you are writing about the first person you will have to use past tense:

EX. "I will outwit, outlast and outsmart you." (future tense)
"I am now outwitted, outlasted and outsmarted." (past tense)
or can also say "I have been outwitted, etc.." and the necessity of using past forms of the the verbs becomes more obvious.

It only sounds right when you put all those verbs into the past tense, although when you look at it, it looks like it sould be correct, with the "I am now" in the present tense.

"I am now outwitted, outlasted, and outsmarted."

No, I think that it would have to be in past tense, as in,"I am now outwitted, outlasted, and outsmarted.

As those words are describing you, they must be in the past participle (add -ed) to convert them to adjectives.
