No-a healthy belief in being grateful for what I do have(counting my blessings) always quells my selfish side. This direction of thought brings joy and tranquillity to my day and inspires me to concern myself with the wellbeing of others. When I'm thinking of something outside of my own selfish motives I become free of myself. Mortallity has no reality and my wings grow to new strength.Flight knows no end to what we can accomplish.

it's not that I want what I can't have, it's just that I lack ambition to get the things I want. like if I would buck up and ask for a raise, i could move out of this apt into a house with a dishwasher and laundry, you know? and get a new car. but that requires moving outside my comfort zone, which I only do once a year or less!

Nope. I can usually afford - sometimes stretching it a bit - what I want. I tend to talk myself out of things though.

I've got to say, that everything that I truly, actually really wanted, that I've worked hard and made an effort to get, I've gotten.
