its not cuz i cramp. they never wake me up. i just cant sleep no matter how hard i try. what can i do to fix this. also i cant ask my gyno. i lost her #.

there are some tremendous hormonal changes. Have you tried melatonin? Bright lights early in the morning? More exercise? (preferably not right before bed) drinking more water? You might try a little charcoal, it is great at neutralizing stuff.
