I didn't... I didn't... and I didn't. Now does it count Yea, sure!

That's what probation is for. Correcting your faults.

I'm gonna guess your drug issue is what earned you probation; your drug use has probably kept you from sending your court/probation fees in because you've been snorting it up your nose. I'm thinking a little jail/prison time would be good for you so you can a) get help for your addiction, and b) think about what you'll do when you do get out to avoid a recurrence.

I'm on prob for 18 mos with an early term at 9. 50 hours, a class, and court costs. I'm doing everything possible to get this over within the 9 months and put it behind me forever. 9 hours of service left and for the most part, I've enjoyed the experiences it has offered. Yeah, it's inconvenient, but I've met some nice folks along the way.

Straighten up and fly right on your own or the Court will straighten you up. Choice is yours. Make a good choice.

It's a bit hard to understand your question. To begin with February 7 is two weeks ago. Did you mean that after your next visit your probation will be over? If he hasn't filed a petition to revoke your probation already, maybe he won't. If he has, then your failing drug tests and not paying your fines and fees, will overshadow your having done your community service.
Good luck

first, can i just ask why would you not comply? when you receive probation you are being given a second chance.. thats not a get out of jail free card.. go back to your old ways and see ya back soon... i mean if you were so worried about going back to jail why didnt you just do the simple requirements of your probation.... i am pretty sure any judge will look at it the same way... you had a chance.. you performed poorly... screwed up chance after chance.... pretty sure you will spend your time on the shelf until a parole board thinks you have changed.. my recommendation.. change next time.. why do you want to live your life like that??? you should really think... sorry for the harsh words... it just kills me to see situations like this

My advice to you is to contact the po and level with him. You
fairly obviously have substance abuse issues, and that sort of thing can influence behaviour in a very bad way. you need to get clean, ok? And, this is a person who can help you do it.

Don't drop the soap...
I say if you failed so may other requirement the judge is going to be looking at the pro con list as one sided and it will not look good.
