I bought some items from Taiwan's Yahoo Auctions. How do I make payment to Taiwan besides credit card related payment (e.g. Paypal) and postage?

Your safest bet is through pay pal, because it's the only secured system you can use for international business. Plus, some sellers state the only types of payments they take - look over their site or email them, but paypay would be my recommendation.

Go to a bank & send the money through using Telegrahic Transfer.First get full details from the people to whom you are going to pay.

Pay via telegraphic transfer (t/t) your bank should have it. But make sure you check with the seller whether their account accept USD currency. Most of them doesn't, so you have to send them via Yuan currency..
