In terms of movies, the only sequel(s) I can think of that really made sense and worked, was the Star Wars collection. I looked forward to them, because they were a continuing saga without being repetitious. In terms of books, I almost always look forward to sequels. In terms of sequels in life, only if I have a hand in the outcome.
