Depending on the tone of the sentence you would say either "Anata wa" or "Anata ga" The difference between "wa" and "ga" is the emphasis of your choice. In other words, if I were to express the difference in type I would write:

You are kind. = Anata wa yasashii desu.
YOU are kind. = Anata ga yasashii desu.

You = "Anata" or "kimi" or "omae" or "annta"

ADJECTIVES
nice = "yasashi"
bad = "warui" or "ikenai"
pretty/cute = "kierei" or "kawai" or "kyuuto"
beautiful = "utsukushii"
intelligent/smart = "kashikoi" or "atama ga ii" or "sumaato"
stupid = "ahou" or "baka" or "iyanayatsu"
tall = "segatakai"
Fat = "futoi" or "ooki"
Big = "ooki"
small = "chisai" or "chichai"
long = "nagai"
short = "mijikai" (for measurement) or "segahikui" (for height)
medium = "chuukurai" (for general usage) "maamaa" (for feelings. In other words, if I ask, "did you like the steak? if it was just okay, you could answer "maamaa") "mideumu" (for steak)

Then, at the end, you would say, "desu". You can either pronounce the "u" at the end, or not. Either would be acceptable.

This seems strange and obvious question.

I say exactly: "You are very handsome, lucky, nice, good, bad, pretty, beautiful, intelligent, smart, stupid, tall, short, thin, fat, big, small, long, short, medium"

Do you know some other way?

I think some people are giving you some wrong answers...
Yes, You means "Anata" or "kimi" or "omae" or "annta", but each of them have a different meaning. for example, omae is not a good way of calling a person.

ADJECTIVES
some poeple said pretty/cute means "kierei" or "kawai" or "kyuuto". NO! we do not say kyutto! what is that!?
moreover, not kierei, we say kirei! that is not japanese!
we do not say smart, "sumaato".
stupid is not "ahou", it is aho!
