i dont have very big eyes either, what i have learned that makes them appear bigger is NOT to use black eyeliner completely around the eye just on the top. using it around the eye will actually make it appear smaller. use white eyeline on the bottom. use a darker eyeshadow just above your black eyeliner on your eye lid. and use a shade lighter on the rest of your eyelid ,you should stay underneath your brow bone, and use a small brush for it, make sure to brush it along your eyebrow. the number one tool that helps is mascara. i have found the best mascara its DiorShow by Dior it adds wonderful volume to your eyelashes and length, its $23 and i would pay more for it if i had to. another great mascara is maybeline volum' express, in my opinion its second best and its only $8. oh and dont forget to use an eyelash curler before you put mascara on

Apply white eyeliner to your bottom lid. This creates the illusion that they are bigger than they really are. Also apply heavy mascara on both top and bottom lashes so that they curl outward -- an eyelash curler is recommended. Bigger eyelashes can make your eyes look bigger too.

In addition to the obvious, mascara, a dot of white shimmer powder or eyeshadow in the inner corner of each eye reflects light into them making them appear bigger. It's especially helpful if you're really pressed for time. Mascara, little shimmer, lipgloss, done.

1. good concealer applied lightly around your eyes
2. well shaped and defined eyebrows
3. light eyeshadow applied to the inside corners of your eyes and underneath the browbone, then a medium shade applied from the crease to the top of your lashes
4. dark eyeliner applied to the outside corners of your eyes
5.white eyeliner applied to the bottom inside eyelid
6. the most important thing is to HEAT YOUR EYELASH CURLER WITH YOUR HAIR DRYER! don't burn yourself though! it will make your eyelashes look really great!
7. apply 2 coats of mascara and viola!! huge eyes!

Yes! Use dark eyeliner on the top lid and pencil it in only HALF WAY across your eye to the middle. Then use light or white liner on the bottom lid and do the same- half way only. When it comes to shadow, use dark in the crease making a V , light on your eyelid (near the nose side), then medium color on top.

well obviously use a dark eyeliner, on both the top and bottom. Also, you could wear a dark eyeshadow. . . thats what i do. . . and i think it works well. some of my friends wear false eyelashes too and it really makes a difference.

you can where contact to make them bigger anything but coloured contact lenes they make your eyesshrink a little more than normal probably some eyeliner or liquid eyeliner any eye make up is good. and some mascara is good too. ; ]

Apply darker shadow in the crease of your eyelid and lighter shades at the top.apply black eyeliner to the top and bottom of your eyelids.
