Have you heard of the expression "size doesn't matter is how you use it" and that's what you need, you need to know how to satisfy your partner, most women love it when a men lasts hours kissing them all over their body rather than plain old sex, try playing you know probably use your finger for a few minutes than lick her legs etc. the point is satisfy your woman by doing this and afterwards you could do your thing and you'll make it look like it lasted longer which you might.

Kegel Excercises. They help build up your endurance, if you dont know what they are. The easiest kegel excercise would be while you are urinating stop the flow, hold it for 10 seconds and let it go for 1 or 2 seconds. Then stop and repeat until your done. Once you have recognized the muscles you used while urinating, you can control your muscles and do the excercises at any time without having to wait to urinate.
My husband can last a very long time, and this is what he does to help him last longer.
Good Luck!
Hope this helped!

Try a cock ring, or masterbating b4 sex. It may help to pause during sex, take it out and play around with your partner. She does not need to know why you are pulling out just that you want to tease her and arouse her more.
It may even take you to make your brain think about something else as a distraction. If none of this works you should see a doctor maybe it is a simple thing he can help you with.

Start with Kegel exercies. Yes, the same ones that are used by women to help with both sexual satisfaction and to limit incontinence.
For a man, Kegels are the key to ejaculatory control.
Remember too that most women do not orgasm from vaginal intercourse. That's because the organ for sexual satisfaction for a woman is the clitoris, and it's not that close to the vaginal entrance.
I'm adding some links, but they are just a place to start.

Get a toy like the fleshlight and practice masturbating until you are "on the brink" of cumming. Stop, wait, repeat. Doing this lets you know what your limit is and when you need to go slower during sex. The more you have sex, the more you will get used to it and the longer it will last.

If your young, then don't worry about it, practise, practise, practise. If you are a bit older or it becomes a sticking point in a relationship, try going on a antidepressant for like prozac or paxil for a short time. One of their side effects is that you can last a long, long time. And then when you get used to longer sex, get off the pills as fast as you can.

Yeah. What did you measure it with? Paperclips don't count as nine inches. At any rate, length is not directly proportional to performance or in your case, lack thereof. Perhaps you should consider running a nuisance batch before beating off in your pet teddy bear. The bear will thank you later.
Honestly, go back to math and let's focus on the fundamentals. 6 inches does not 9 inches make. Evolve already.

First off, size has absolutely nothing to do with it! It's being able to control your mind and body together. Try stopping and starting, (just before the point of orgasm), and you'll see a difference in the amount of time you last.
I wish you well!
