I think any formation can be used in any soccer level, it depends on what you want. The 352 is generally used when you want your wingers back free to attack. With 3 defenders plus at least one defensive midfielder it can give you pretty decent coverage.

If you are worried with an eventual physical stress of your players (Official soccer fields are very "physically demanding" for high school players), it could be a good shot, because the other popular formation (442) is generally very intense for the wingers and central defenders.

Depends if you're midfielders have a good stamina. The wingers will get tired the most in a 3-5-2 because if you play counter-attacking the ball will eventually get to one of the wingers because they wont be marked as close as the strikers. This also depends if you have 3 good central defenders. If you don't then forget about it. It is going to be hard to defend with 3 central defenders who arent good enough.
