In the end, they're just people targeted by the media. They're on TV, they're on the radio. So what? Why does everyone treat them like they are more important? Even the celebrity haters do this. They pay more attention to them than Mr. Johnson across the world. But are they really more important than Mr. Johnson across the world? They're all just people.
I think it reflects that all of us are just the medias playthings.

I agree- I find it not only disgusting but dangerous on many levels . Most people can tell you more about today's celebrities than anything else. No wonder many have blind support for war and our current administration.

Exactly, if you think about it if mtv or bet put me or you on tv for a few days we would be just as famous, and for what? just because they say we should be. I think its just that ppl need to stop looking to other ppl to see how they should live and how they should act. Hell we are all just ponds in this world anyway. Live the way you waunt to. Screw what everyone else thinks.

honestly it is because they wish they had the lifestyle that they had....the money, clothes, cars, & most of all the status of being well known....
I think celebrties are lame & I pay them no mind
they think highly above us people meanwhile it is our money that is going in their pockets!!...I would like to see one of them go on an island without all the life of luxury that they are sOo used to having....
