Belfast is a nice city you will enjoy it and the Northern Irish are great people.

As a foreigner it may be wise to take your passport anyway to book into hotels etc.

But it is a domestic flight and no visa (or passport really) is needed.

Belfast is part of the UK. You don't need a visa as long as you have a valid UK visa.
Take care

If you have booked with Ryanair or Easyjet you will need passport or some form of photographic ID. This is not necessary when travelling between UK countries but soometimes it's just better to bring it as a form of ID if booking hire cars or hotels.

No, while we remain part of the UK you do not need a visa to come here, once (if) we gain our freedom, you will.
