Throw everything on there that you can.
One of the best desserts I ever had was a warm brownie with ice cream on top, topped with chocolate, whipped cream, nuts, and Kahlua ... with a cherry on top, of course. (For all you underage kiddies out there, don't put Kahlua on your ice cream ... it's alcoholical! Gasp!)
