What are some ways to make yourself go insane??? Literally.?

If your definition of insanity is "losing the ability to relate to the world around you in any meaningful way"

I would say any of the hallucinogenic drugs taken in a large dose will produce that effect temporarily, and in some individuals may produce long lasting effects.

In most all cases where long lasting effects were found after moderate one time doses the individual had underlying mental issues that were aggravated by the drugs effects

Another simple method used by the the Israel and American Gov, and other govs around the world is sleep deprivation. After +48 hours with no sleep and constant stimulation (loud music, flashing lights, stress positions) humans lose touch with reality and loose touch with reality making them less able to resist questioning. This does not always result long term mental health issues, but often does especialy if combined with drugs, and stress positions.

to force yourself to think that you are being followed and watched all day long, to think that the tv is telling you messages and that your parents are conspiring to lock you up. Smoke PCP and do meth, maybe a button of heroin and everyday curse the very one who created you. Im so sure that you would suceed.

Angel Dust (drug) it stays in your system for years and can suddenly and unexpectedly release from your cells and cause hallucinations etc. Check your clinical psych books for disorders it causes.
