What are some of the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar?

I started using it since last week for a very bad cold that seemed to be turning into a flu. It cured it. Since I started drinking it, my facial skin actually has a glow to it! I look so healthy. it is amazing stuff..i have been using it for years too, and find that everything i take or use it for, works. the sore throat thing has never failed. i did not find it particularly useful in weight loss, but i was not looking for that result either. it is just a great body tonic. i have successfully calmed a very allergic reaction i have to MSG with it. it rids your body of toxic substances..

It can throw a cholesterol screening and make your HDL seem lower than it actually is...

You're not doing yourself a favor, though. You may still have high cholesterol.
