Wow. Um, I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm just shocked that a 14 year old has a boyfriend. Not only that, but is having sex! You are way to young, Girl, and not ready for anything that sex brings with it (emotional baggage, STD's, pregnancy, the normalacy of it setting you up to have sex with SO many guys you'll become cynical of love and affection lessening your chances of being able to truly give and receive love). Please tell your mom you are having sex so she can make sure you have the best protection. USE CONDOMS. STD's are real and never go away!

The mostly likely time you'll get pregnant is about 2 weeks after you start your period. If you had sex around this time, I'd worry about the medicine you were taking. If not, just worry about your choices. I'm glad you're on the birth control shot, that will lessen your chance of bringing an innocent child into a potentially emotional, unstable, disfunctional, fatherless mess.

First of all if you are on the shot then I dont think you have mech to worry about. You have taken a very responsible step by getting the shot to prevent pregnancy but I would also use a condom for your protection from STD's. It is also an extra added protection from getting pregnant. If you are pregnant, i would'nt worry about the medication...it is way early if you only had sex the other day. At this time the baby would not have even implanted. Take you medicine, get better, and use a condom next time. If you miss your period you can take a test but I wouldnt worry too much. Good Luck and let us know if there are any other questions!

If you have a birth control shot, even though he didn't pull out, there's a stronger chance you aren't pregnant. Taking the medicine will not cause too much harm if you are taking it a short time. Watch to see if you have your period like you normally do. If you do, don't worry, if not, then get a pregnancy test and be straightforward with your mom. You have to be careful. Getting pregnant isn't the only reason to use condoms. I'm a mom to 3.

I think the best thing to do is to try to walk away while your mom gives you the medicine that way you wont have to take it or just tell her that the medicine isn't working and you want to get a different kind. Tylenol is fine to take if you're pregnant. Also, if you have a close relationship with your mom then you should just tell her. I really doubt that you're pregnant though I was on the pill for 4 years and never used a condom with my fiance and never got pregnant while taking them. But you know they're only 99% effective. Good luck!

Depending on the time you had sex, you should maybe take a home pregnancy test asap just to ease your feelings about the medicine. I know the shots are quite effective, my daughter had them since she was 16 (19 now) and although she always had a boyfriend, she never did get pregnanct. Will need to be careful-you want to enjoy your youth-good luck and hope everything works out for you!

If you're on the shot, you're probably not pregnant. I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you what to do about the medicine, maybe call Planned Parenthood, they'll be able to give you better advice about that kind of stuff. I know you've probably heard this a million times but if you're going to have sex please use a condom! It's soooo dangerous not to, and you owe it to yourself to stay healthy and unpregnant. Be carefull... and I hope everything works out for you.

its not surprising that you are having sex. These days the girls are having sex much younger. If you are pregnant be the best mom you can be. Believe me it can be done at your age. My niece just had a baby not to long ago. She got pregneant at the age of 12 and had her baby at 13. Her mom and family are very suppportive. She still goes to school but she also takes care of her baby when she is home. Suprisingly to be 13 she is a good mom.

Take it one day at a time ...don't jump the gun.....you have time to find out if your pregnant just begin to act as if your better so she will not offer the medication and don't have sex w/o a condom anymore be more careful so you won't go through this again

Go buy a pregnancy test. For your sake I hope your not pregnant and hope in the future that you will use a condom...Please...not only for pregnancy but also for STI's and HIV. Also if you are pregnant, it's so early that taking that medicine would have no effect on the fetus
