That happens to many people. Try checking what you eat during the day; caffiene is a big contributer to disturbing sleep, alcohol too. Also, do you drink enough water, sometimes kidneys get cranky at night if they are not being taken care of properly. Don't eat fatty foods or big meals before bed.

2. The full moon light wakes you up.

I used to do the same thing but i would get up ritually at 5:32 a.m. I wouldn't be wide awake but I would wake out of my sleep then fall back to sleep. I don't know what causes that, would like to find out myself.....

I dont know...but I wake up at 2:00
could it be night sweats, bladder problems, snoring and age has alot to do with waking.

Because you are as effective at setting your digital alarm clock as you were programming your VCR. Otherwise, we are talking about your internal clock....and you probably screwed that up too.

hey thats was my question..everynite no matter what time i go to bed'it turn 3.00am and i'm awake day after day nite after nite,,sometimes it;s that i have to pee,but others it;s i'm awake ...my son told me i snore alittle so maybe that has something to do with it,,,good luck.
