I did...and don't get me wrong, I LOVE fall out boy, but they suck live. Patrick sounded and looked like he was about to pass out, Joe's attempt to recreate the computer generated sounds in This Ain't A Scene was pathetic, and Pete talked waaaaaaaaaaaay too fast. What do ya think?

I didn't see it as I wouldn't watch Ellen if it was the last show on earth, which brings me to Fall Out Boy....what a lame band...what a lame song & the title of the song is pathetic...FOB is music's version of "Dumb & Dumber"!! Find a real band & not a clown club which FOB is, whether recorded or live!!

what? and ur 'supposedly' "FOB's Favorite Fangirl"? pffttt. Fall Out Boy does NOT suck live.. they are incredibly amazing, I've seen them twice, and I'm going to see them again in about a month. U know, u dont say ur someone's fan when u go and diss them. Because:

1. Patrick sounded amazing (as always) and he didn't look like he was gonna pass out
2. Joe is an awesome guitarist, and he rocked (as always)
andd
3. Pete talks fine. He's just cool like that.
but if u wanna say that they suck, u might as well not even be a fan.. =/

Fall Out Boy does not "suck" live. They are amazing in concert, which I doubt you know of. They only sound different on TV because of the sound equptment and circumstances. Peter always talks a little fast, mainly to keep up with the beat. If Patrick sounds like he's going to pass out, it's because singing and playing the guitar with 50 lights beaming on you can get you a little exhausted, don't you think? Why don't you try it sometime.

Um. well first thing they sound great live. I have seen them live and I was up close and they were great. Patrick sounds excellent. And on ellen, they were GREAT!!!! I danced around to them. If your there biggest fan girl (which I HIGHLY doubt) you would support them and would know that bands aren't supposed to sound the same as they do in the studio. a perfect example is Panic! At The Disco. They sound way different live. Clearly you need them to be at a certain level for them to be good. For me if they would be playing in a dumpster I would think they would be great. So how about you watch other videos of them live and re-think this whole thing!!!! I'll even give you some links.

It is very hard to recreate the sound of a live band on a tv show
