3 points because it was behind the three point line. 3 points is the most you can score on a single shot. They don't give a extra point for making a half court shot. You can get a 4 point play by making a 3 and getting fouled and making the free throw.

Any shot made from behind the three-point line is worth exactly 3 points. No more and no less.

Even though it is from half court, it is behind the 3 pt line and would still count for only 3 pts.

But the shot itself can only score 3 points.
