They aren't really soft rock. Journey is softest of the 3 of them. they are like the glam/hair bands
Umm .38 Special, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Extreme, Dio, Rainbow, Styx, Bob Segar, Tom Petty, Aerosmith*, Whitesnake*, Duran Duran, New Order, Van Halen*, Scorpions*, Motley Crue*, Rolling Stones, Electric Light Orchestra, Dokken*, Creedance Clearwater Revival, Skid Row*, Poison*, Bon Jovi* maybe?,
*=the glam/hair bands related to Kiss & GnR Journey is sorta different.
Some of the stuff is a bit "harder" or pulling away from the Kiss a little but its sorta soft

Seems to me that "Soft Rock" is a kind of oyymoron. Kiss and Journey are classic rock and Guns n' Roses are considered hard rock. Some bands like Journey, Foreigner, Bad Company play ballads that might work for your playlist. Good luck.

i'm uncertain what comfortable rock is...you recommend like journey? oh! i think of Ive heard on one in all those checklist classified ads someplace that Chicago and Air supply is comfortable rock...additionally Little River Band
