When guys like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton "run for President" that isn't what they're really doing; instead, what they're doing is running for the opportunity to get their faces before the cameras so that their shakedown (aka "fundraising") efforts will bear more fruit. And you know what? It works!

Jesse Jackson is 1. Also there was 1 back in 1888 who ran as a republican. I just cannot remember his name. They are the only 2 I know of sorry I can't be more helpful. :)
