Yes and yes! Only cuz I already knew that person hd lived here 15 yrs ago and every once in a while mail for her comes here. It was just an invite to a car dealership sale.

No, I always put it back in the mailbox for the mailman to pick up and redeliver. I have to watch my step because a lot of us have the same name in this town and pay backs could be a bi---!
