The truth is the best option especially with a $120,000 car. My suggestion is to just admit the mistake and deal with the consequences. The check engine light will most likely come on before to long. I have worked for a benz dealer the past two years. It will deffinately tell you when something is wrong. The tank will surely need to be drained and possibly the fuel filter changed as well. Depending on how much you put in it may start to run rough and smoke. I dont know if you mean new to you or new all together but if its an 06 or 07 just the engine is worth about $60,000. Nothing to mess around with. Getting it towed in would be your best bet. Run the engine as little as possible.

You need to drain out the fuel, and replace with fresh fuel. I hope that you didn't put to much in, as for trying to get rid of the mixture. Do not continue to run the engine.
