no it doesnt die.
and if it gets in vagina it can survive there for up to 7 days.

For a bio project, suuuuuuuuuuure. Anyways, the sperm does not die when oxygen hits it. Yes you can get pregnant if there is sperm on the finger and it is inserted or even on your vagina.

Here is a site you can look at. It does not die when it touches the air. And yes if the man has semen on his hand that has not dried, it still contains sperm that can get you pregnant. Read the site and it will tell you about the life span, etc..
