do nba players have like 3 2 hour practices or something like that?
same for college?

Typical NBA practice is about two and a half hours long, but not very intense. With college is varies from team to team.

NBA practices do typically run about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and generally are not as intense as college practices because they play so many more games. If they practiced as hard as the college kids do then they would all be worn out by mid-season. A college practice will typically run anywhere from 2 to 4 hours and the will vary in intensity depending on how far into the season they are and how long they have until the next game.
