I'm going to make you work for it...

How many centimeters are in an inch?

*******Damn, IndianaJones. Let me have a little fun!
Oh well, you're wrong anyway. Try again! Give it a go, Paul H*******

Not going to play, huh.... OK, I give. There are 2.54 cm in an inch. One cubic inch = 2.54 x 2.54 x 2.54 = 16.387 cc's. So take 650cc's and divide by 16.387 and you get 39.667 cu in or rounded to 40.

Good luck

39.66
I think.
Duh, but what do I know?
I don't even know what the actual displacement in cubic centemeters of a 650 is!
Probably 648 or something like that.
39 is probably close enough.

If you think its hard to convert cubic inches to cubic centimeters how do you think your going to do an engine swap of a completely different engine...good luck!

Your frame is not designed for any other engine. If you can get the parts it is better to rebuild or get a bigger machine.I actually tried this once and I failed.
