I'm mostly interested in the dance style used during the "Get Together" song.

I don't think all the choreographies in Madonna's shows can be classified into a specific style. The first part of Madonna's Confessions Tour was called "Equestrian", and all the dancers characterized horses, so their choreographies resembled moves from a horse (especially when they walked away at the end of Get Together).
The style used for the Jump performance is called "Parkour", where dancers jump off buildings and ramps.

its choreographed by jamie king. i dont know what the type of dance is called but i love those moves she does esp. in that song!
