My betta fish had this bubble looking thing on his fin at the very end. I kept saying his tail because it is what floats behind him. I got something and busted it but the fish is still acting funny. I am not sure what to do with it.

Odds are very good it will heal on it's own. Add a little salt to his tank, about a teaspoon per gallon and change the water every 2 days for the next 10 days to help be sure he doesn't get an infection or a fungus.

You should talk to some one who works at a pet store (perhaps the place you purchased him from), describe what is wrong and see if they know. It could be something common.

is it a male or a female? if it is a male.. they hold the eggs after the female lays them. if it is a female.. she hasnt gave them to the male yet. if not, you need to call a fish store.. and they can tell you how long they would have the eggs..ect....

I would also add salt to the tank.
