Use shiny eyeshadow, lots of mascara, and dark lipstick. Also use cheek shimmer- all over your face! sounds overdone but actually makes your skin beautiful!

I agree with Misty Eyes, since you can't see make up in black and white photos that is the best look.

Dark colors. Whether they match does not matter, just stick with dark colors for awesome contrast black and white!

Heavy eyeliner, though not too much. Different shades makes it look even better, preferably dark closer to the eyes and lighter as you go out. And pale lips are very cute.

Since its B & W photo. May be i suggested heavier make up like smokey eye, darker blush and shiny lips.

Fifties-style glamor (dark liner, false lashes, flawless skin, dark or light lips) is great and glamorous.
