Obviolusly, the "unbiased" commitee is very biased. Who should be on the commitee. Maybe people without college affiliations?

That would be very hard to find, I was about to say former NBA players like Jordan and Barkley but they probably be biased to there former schools. It is hard to choose, maybe coaches from the other divisons
