Strictly in terms of money, law school is the better investment as entry-level attorneys are going to make more than entry-level business students. However, neither is appropriate if they're not what you really want to spend the rest of your life doing. Don't invest years of your life and go deep into debt only to realize that you're unhappy actually doing the job. The best job is the one you enjoy doing.

Completely subjective. You can check with the U.S. Department of Labor for hard statistics, but nothing accounts for individual ability or luck (as in, the state of the labor market at completion of the degree).

One thing is almost certain, academic performance at either one will likely have a direct result on job offers. More so for law school.
