Depends on for what. If you're going to be downloading somehting every second, the one w/ bigger HDD. For the majority of people, though, #1 with higher ram would be better, for it will be faster at downloading and displaying webpages. I would suggest #1.

Not much info to go on... How do the cpu's compare, what about system RAM, the size of the hard drive isn't that big of a deal for internet usage. The more vRam the better.

they are both good. what about other configs? are they the same? or diff? I would opt for the #1, since it has more memory. as the rule of thumb, the more memory, the better and faster for your computer., but not always the more the better, if you have way too much memory you need, you're just wasting them.
But then again, are you gonna do anything else? like download the music or anything? if you do, 40gig won't be enough, and 60gig ...maybe...but you'll ran out of its space too, consider that too

128mbs is better for displaying graphics and such, the other one just isn't enough to do anything really anymore
