The democrats had control of the house from 1954 - 1994. Will they last now?

I think its the democrats time.
At least for these next 8 years.
The republicans are going to eat eachother this election, and thats going to show what theyre responsbile for for the last 6 years.

Americans are goign to hold them to that, for their part in this catastrophic war.

Theyre trying to fight tooth and nail to transfer accountability to Dems, even baiting them to cut and run so they can blame them either way to keep the facts of their inactivity hidden, or besides the point.

But America is ready for change right now.
And if this next democratic president does a decent job their first term, I think getting out of the war would be enough to gain support for a second term.

Not a chance. The so called leaders of the Democratic party are too filled with hate for Bush and have NO IDEA of what to do about the nation's problems of immigration, social security, medicare, Iraq, afghanistan. Oh, I'm sorry--They want to raise taxes and "redeploy" our troops. Redeploy is a political correct word for "cut & run". How do you think this will satisfy the voters?
