I am a mother of 3 work a full time job and Im always tired. But I cant go to sleep without some type of sleep meds. What do you suggest me to do to relax that will help me go to sleep and stay asleep?

Reading a book before you go to bed could be relaxing and helpful.

Another thing that might be of some help is exercising at least 20 to 30 minutes, 3 or 4 hours prior to going to bed.
