If your eyes are small, it leaves you with more options to make them stand out than if you had big eyes.
Think about it. If you outlined your eyes with charcoal eyeliner, you would be creating a mysterious/mischievous look whereas a person with big eyes would simply draw all attention to the eyes creating an over dramatic look which can be frowned upon.
Many models have small eyes. If you notice, they are the ones wearing the most eye makeup because they can without looking freaky.

I have noticed that when people with small eyes smile their eyes close completely! That is not attractive. Small eyes can be pretty, you just have to accent them with eye liner and mascara.Hope this helps!!!

I've never heard that before. In fact, girls put on eye liner because it makes the eyes look smaller. If you accent them right (you don't need black eyeliner) your eyes are probably georgious =]

small or big it doesn't matter eyes are ur part and they suit ur face to make them more prity u can apply eye shadow in diff form so they look big

why do u think big eyes are pretty? i don't like those big bulging eyes. and moreover, you should think that you are the best. u should have confidence that ur eyes are pretty, never degrade yourself. your eyes are the best in the world for your special people. ask them!!! i amsure they love them .

small eyes are prettiest wil eyeshadow and powder eyeliner (not liquid!)
i have big eyes, and i really want smaller ones, so you should love your small eyes - you can make eyes look bigger, but not smaller :)

You can make ur eyes pop out by makeup like using bright coloured shimmery eyeshadow and black mascara
