I mean, like in a business career you start as an employee then become a manager then supervisor... until you become a CEO. but for nurse anesthetist is that the end of the line?

No, the end of the line would probably be CNO chief nursing officer at a big hospital requires a doctorate and you make maybe a half a million a year.

No, when working for the anesthesiologist, you may become the supervisor over all the others. Then that is about it, unless you decide to go back to school, get your MD, then specialize and become an anesthhesiologist....then you could own your own "gas passing" company.
