don't try.
i know it sounds weird, but it'll happen when you least expect it. don't have sex more than 3 times a week. if you are worried, talk to your doctor. it usually takes more than 6 months to conceive. don't worry.

I had tried for 6 years to get pregnant, and trust me I know how you feel. My suggestion to you is to give it a bit more time. If nothing happens go see an ob/gyn. My doctor was wonderful. From there I was on a lot of fertility medicine and even an insemination process, which works a lot of the time, but for me it didn't. After that and thousands of dollars later I started seeing myself without any kids and really didn't care anymore if I got pregnant or not. One thing that my doctor told me that I could do was to lose weight. I shrugged that off, but it just so happened that I did lose some weight and didn't think about having a baby anymore and in no time I was pregnant. I could have saved myself a lot of money if I had just done that in the first place.

Check out this website http://fertilityfriend.com
It has charts that you can use to determine the time you are ovulating, and therefore most likely to get pregnant. Knowledge of how the female body works is invaluable. If you have basal body temperature and cervical mucus charts to take to your doctor, he/she can better help you determine what the problem is.
And remember, it's normal for couples to take 6-12 months to conceive. You don't need to get concerned until after the 12-month point.
