but...I'm guessing George and Callie might..uh..separate..even though they are already married..
I'm not sure.
Did Meredith try to kill herself in the ocean, or was she actually drowning?

Ok, Merideth absolutely MUST wake up, don't you think?
.... as for spoilers, it's being said all over the net that supposedly there will be a death, but it won't be who we are expecting. We are expecting Merideth, so it apparently won't be her but will be someone else. At the end of last week's episode it said something like "the devestating ending to the 3 episode arc..."
Someone told me a theory and I really don't want it to come true but it makes sense. WHAT IF, Merideth is alive but is in a deep coma that it doesn't look like she'll wake up from? (Because come on, going without Oxygen for extended periods of time, plus being in that freezing water will surely inflict some brain trauma.) Derek is neurology head so he'll be the one to analyze her and see that that coma is probably irreversable. Then he'll go kill himself out of desperation. Then Merideth will wake up.
I dont WANT that to happen, but the more I think about it, it'd be just the kind of curveball I'd be expecting from a show like this, especially with the whole "shocking ending" thing....

According to what I've been reading on various spoiler sites someone named Grey will die.....remember Meredith's mom is having heart surgery.....and they could get rid of Thatcher. Also its been stated on several sites that 2 will die but only 1 death will stick. Plus there's that whole get rid of Burke thing.....Aaaaaaaaaah....usually I hate Thursdays 'cause I have "stuff" I that I don't like to do but I wish it would just hurry up & get here this week.

serious i think its all a dream i know not one source says that but what if meredith is just in the water contimplated killing her self and she is imagining all of this see ... it could happen
but truthfully what i want to happen is her be ok and her and mcdreamy to live happly ever after and for the evil mother or callie to die because i dont like either of them (perferable the mother to die) see that is what i want but i think...
meredith will live because it is her show and then her mother will die or some other prominient character! see meredith cant die because not only is it her show she (and mcdreamy) have 7 year contracts so we know neither of there characters will leave! so chances are meredith lives but only cause mcdreamy and christina WILL NOT give up they will shock and shock and pump her with epi over and over agian till her heart beats and we all know it... honestly i think meredith will live but of course the drama wont end with her ok it will end with a faint heart beet and they will just begin to nurse her back to health !
the only things i dont want to happen are meredith die, mcdreamy die, meredith go into a coma, meredith loose her memory from brain trauma, christina and burke break up and mc dreamy stop being gorgeous soooooo i dont really see any of this in the near future but i say...
WE ALL BOYCOT GREY'S ANATOMY IF MEREDITH LOOSESS HER MEMORY AND OR DIES OR ANYHTING HAPPENS BAD TO MNCDREAMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meredith will talk to the dead.
The attending will want to call it dead.
Callie will talk to Sydney
George will talk to Izzie
Derek will talk to Mark
Christina will go nuts trying to save Meredith.
Addison will talk to Alex and the pregnant lady
Ellis will die and talk to Meredith
Meredith will come back to life and Derek will talk to her.
And maybe time permitting Christina will talk to the two of them
