Right now, this sentence doesn't really make sense. Also, if this is part of an essay, try not to include the reader (don't say 'we') -- use passive voice Try not to use the same word repeatedly ('life' especially) -- try rewording it like:
A life spent ignoring the cries for help from the struggling and dying is meaningless to one's ____ (insert certain quality here that proves your point -- I'm assuming that this is either a thesis or topic sentence -- it would help to know what you're writing about).
Good luck and hope this helps!!

I think all you want to say that a life is meaningless and no life at all when cries for help from the struggling and dying are ignored. (I think maybe you need to give me 10 points now, because no one else is going to read 24 answers before they cast their vote).

"A life where we ignore the cries for help of the struggling and dying, is a meaningless life and in turn, no life at all."
I think that the phrase " in turn, no life at all" is pretty vague, so try to maybe say something similar.

Do you have to? That sounds pretty good as is.
Maybe, "If we ignore the cries for help from the struggling and dying we lead a meaningless life, which is, in turn, no life at all."
Go with the original if you can.

A meaningless life; ignoring the cries for help from the struggling and dying, is no way to live.
Prehaps consider using meritless life for meaningless since it seems more in tune to what you are implying.
