Small claims is a claim that is worth less than £5000. That includes a potential claim for personal injury which must be less than £1000. These are to be heard in the county court by a district judge or lower.

Fast track is a claim that is worth £5000 - £15000 and/ or a personal injury claim worth more than £1000. Heard in County Court by Circuit judge or lower.

I dont have the article above so ill move on

ADV. - Quicker, cheaper, less cases go to court, can hire experts as judges, more convenient (can be held anywhere at anytime), better at dealing with sensitive subject matter.

DISADV.- Unless both parties agree to be bound by the decision, the decision isnt binding. Obviously meaning the parties can ignore it which would make it a waste of time.

Mag court has lay magistrates or a stipendiary magistrate (old term, cant remember the new term) CC has trial by jury and a Judge.
Mag court has more varied jurisdiction. It can grant bail, grant licenses, act as a youth court etc whilst the CC is soley trials.

Interview by the magistrates -> Second Interview by Magistrates -> Recommendation made to Lord Chancellor (now the DCA) -> DCA appoint mag on behalf of the queen.

Sorry buddy, im not doing the last 2 because ive run out of time! Got ot get ready for work. Maybe you should try those yourself? You may find it more beneficial that way.

Democrats and Republicans are an similar. in the back of close doors Dems and Reps are continually in settlement. To some thing of the international, they act like they're adverse to at least one yet another. This creates the phantasm there are 2 sides of ever subject. absolutely, they're an similar element. The imperative authorities, run by bureaucratic servants observed as Democrats and Republicans, comprehend that there is a 11% approval fee of the authorities by the US voters. that is unacceptable to the Dems and Reps. they favor away for instance there means. So arising a terror ecosystem, receives the voters interest. this will also enable them portray they're doing some thing for the voters that can not be performed without the authorities. I't is a compelled popularity of means in all its tyranny. between the guidelines of warfare at the same time as dealing with a better enemy is to divide and triumph over, truly then to attack your enemies rigidity as an entire. understanding that voters and there constitutional freedoms/rights are a thee governments correct enemy, arising a diversionary tactic jointly with Republican and Democrat would divide the governments enemies "voters + constitutional freedoms/rights" once divided, the enemy is a recommendations a lot less complicated to conquer. for that reason, when we are divided, the imperative authorities can remove freedoms/rights, and implement tyrannous guidelines a lot a lot less complicated than if we were united. Vote for absolutely everyone else as well Democrats or Republicans. I't will be absolutely everyone starting from a third party candidate to Mickey Mouse. do in simple terms not vote for Democrats or Republicans. They were offered and paid for a lengthy time period in the past by bureaucrats. at the same time as Dems or Reps are elected, they serve the interests of transnational organizations that paid for them to get elected, no longer the voters. I't is the right performing out of a "reliable cop undesirable cop" scenario in historic past. in simple terms bear in thoughts; Ron Paul and The Tea party are the Republican party. "I'f your a multi-billion dollar transnational employer and also you pay for, a million President + 435 Congressmen + one hundred Senators + 9 very best courtroom Justices, then you've finished means over 350,000,000+ voters and all there factors." I'f you do not accept as true with any of this, you've self belief precisely what they wan't you to trust.

You are presenting questions from a law paper.
These are not your questions, and it seems to me that you are simply trying to get other people to answer the questions for you.
You will learn nothing unless you make the effort yourself to understand what you need to learn.
